Our current project centers on the construction of a private event space—a party
barn—located on the owner’s property.
The party barn is presently under construction. Site preparation began with careful
grading and foundation work to ensure the structure’s stability. Van Sickle Construction
LLC is overseeing each phase, from framing and roofing to insulation and exterior
finishing. Attention to detail guides the entire process, ensuring quality and longevity for
the building.
Foundation: A reinforced concrete slab provides durability and a level base for
the barn.
Framing: Heavy timber framing offers both strength and a rustic aesthetic,
echoing traditional barn architecture.
Roofing: The roof features high-grade metal panels for weather resistance and energy efficiency.
Insulation: Modern insulation ensures the space remains comfortable year-round, while also enhancing energy conservation.
Exterior Finish: The barn’s exterior will be clad in locally sourced wood siding, treated for longevity and visual warmth.
This party barn project represents a significant investment in craftsmanship and
thoughtful construction, designed to provide a durable, attractive, and functional space
on the owner’s property.
